After establishing ourselves as a reliable supply chain solution provider, Edify expanded its engagement with a healthcare OEM to successfully execute Supply Chain Services projects involving the development of electromechanical assemblies and components for fixturing required to validate medical equipment. Based on customer-provided drawings, we took complete ownership of the project—from reviewing the drawings for manufacturability, providing feedback on DFM, print updates and releasing engineering drawings to suppliers, identifying and qualifying sources for raw material, manufacturers, and OEM components, to part conversion, inspection and acceptance, assembly, testing, and final dispatch. This end-to-end execution reinforced our commitment to meeting customer expectations and delivering value-added engineering solutions along with supply chain services.

Steel Fibre

As a part of establishing ourselves as a reliable partner to an energy sector organization, we successfully identified and qualified a vendor for steel fibre, ensuring they met the stringent requirements set by our foreign partner. Through a meticulous evaluation process, we verified the vendor's ability to deliver high-quality steel fibres aligned with international standards. Once the vendor was fully approved, we facilitated the seamless export of steel fibre to the customer. This accomplishment not only highlights our ability to source and qualify reliable suppliers but also demonstrates our commitment to meeting client expectations and delivering value across global supply chain.

Alternate Manufacturers for Sub-systems

Though Edify has proven its mettle in manufacturing trolley sub-systems for an Energy sector organization, being in its nascent stages, Edify is yet to establish itself as a capable manufacturer of large sized assembly/heavy engineering components. But not one to be pulled down so easily, we went ahead and scouted for a manufacturing partner with facilities capable of manufacturing a large sized sub-system for the same project. The vendor's capabilities in engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning of various heating equipment proved to be an impressive asset, one which Edify was looking for. The qualification of this vendor established Edify's credentials in identifying alternate vendors for manufacturing various electromechanical sub-systems.
